Aunt Millie's in Merrillville, IN is seeking a Market Coordinator to lead a team of 4 to 8 franchise partners, oversee training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship while representing the brand in retail settings. You will build and maintain relationships with accounts, deliver products, stock shelves, analyze sales data, and help drive growth across local markets.

A valid driver's license and DOT readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving history.
• Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
• Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 as mandated by DOT regulations.
• Successfully pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 to 8 Franchisees, providing training and mentorship.
• Serve as a steward of the Aunt Millie’s brand and ensure the sales team acts as brand ambassadors.
• Build and maintain relationships with established accounts and deliver products.
• Distribute products from company vehicles to retail locations and branch sites.
• Unload and stock shelves, and preplan orders for customers.
• Utilize an iPad to manage routes and sales data.
• Identify opportunities to solicit additional business and reduce stale products.
• Operate company vehicle safely and follow safe work procedures.
• Analyze sales data, generate reports, and inform strategic decisions.

Position Summary

The Market Coordinator position at Aunt Millie’s entails supporting a team of 4 to 8 Franchisees, overseeing their training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship. As a representative of the Aunt Millie’s brand, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with established accounts, delivering products, and stocking retail shelves.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead a team of 4 to 8 Franchisees, providing training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship.
• Serve as a steward of the Aunt Millie’s brand, ensuring sales team functions as brand ambassadors.
• Build and maintain relationships with established accounts.
• Deliver and sell products to established accounts.
• Distribute products from company vehicles into various retail establishments and branch locations.
• Unload and stock retail shelves.
• Preplan specific orders for each customer.
• Utilize an iPad to manage routes efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to solicit additional business.
• Minimize stale products to ensure freshness.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Practice safe work procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Analyze sales data, create reports, and inform strategic decisions.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education

Required Qualifications:

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving history.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, driving, and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.

Driving Record
