The Finish Line is seeking a Sales Audit Manager to oversee daily operations across five fascias, ensuring complete capture of POS transactions and accurate data flow into Workday Accounting Center and the General Ledger. You'll lead reconciliation, control adherence, and exception resolution while partnering with IT, Store Operations, and Loss Prevention to fix systemic issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Sales Audit, Retail Accounting, Revenue Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing audit operations, with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales audit operations across 5 fascias, ensuring data quality from POS to Workday.
• Oversee reconciliation outcomes, errors, missing store sales, and reconciling items.
• Maintain SLA targets and resolve POS-to-Sales Audit processing errors within 2 business days.
• Drive month-end revenue reconciliation between Stock Ledger and Workday GL.
• Serve as SME for POS-to-Sales Audit integrations and SOX compliance.
