SINJEM Insurance Agency Inc, Farmers Insurance, located in Vancouver, Washington, is seeking a Sales Associate to become the face of our community-focused team. You will help clients select the right coverage, review policies, and manage endorsements while building lasting business relationships in the Vancouver area.

You will train in a supportive environment, engage with prospects daily, and contribute to our growth by delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• License required: Property & Casualty license.
• Minimum two years of experience in a professional sales environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office software.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Review existing policies and perform annual check-ins to ensure our clients remain adequately covered.
• Process new applications, policy endorsements, and premium payments accurately.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to help grow our brand in the Vancouver area.
• Educate clients on the nuances of their coverage so they feel confident in the protection they have chosen.
• Assist the office team in general administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly every day.
