Job summary

Fossil is seeking a Sales Associate in Michigan to welcome guests, share product knowledge, and build trust through active listening and lifestyle questions. You will work to meet personal KPIs and contribute to a high-energy, collaborative store atmosphere.

You will engage customers with confident service, support visual merchandising, and help drive loyalty while representing Fossil values in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications
