OXXO USA is seeking a dependable Sales Associate with Food Services to support Subway at one of our retail locations. You’ll prepare and serve Subway items, greet guests, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient store environment while upholding food safety and brand standards.

You’ll work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, handle transactions, stock shelves, keep the dining area clean, and contribute to a team that delivers great customer experiences every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food service, restaurant, or retail with food handling preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food handler certification must be obtained within required time after hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble Subway menu items following recipes and quality standards.

JOB SUMMARY

Do you have a passion for great food and friendly customer service? OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Sales Associate with Food Services to join our team at one of our retail locations featuring Subway.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help prepare and serve Subway products while creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll play a key role in blending OXXO USA's convenience excellence with Subway-bringing flavorful meals to our customers every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for on-going activities related to the successful operation of a retail store that has a restaurant/food preparation area.
• Conduct daily activities to ensure efficient store operations.
• Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address any customer concerns.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
