Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking a dependable Sales Associate with Food Services to support Subway at one of our retail locations. You’ll prepare and serve Subway items, greet guests, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient store environment while upholding food safety and brand standards.

You’ll work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, handle transactions, stock shelves, keep the dining area clean, and contribute to a team that delivers great customer experiences every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food service, restaurant, or retail with food handling preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food handler certification must be obtained within required time after hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble Subway menu items following recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly handled, and consistently presented.
• Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, taking orders, answering product questions.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in food prep/service areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines in health regulations and company policies.
• Assist with restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and rotating products.
• Handle register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Promote Subway brand by delivering a great guest experience.
