Position Objective

The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximizing store profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow.

Functional Responsibilities

Drive for Results

• Meet sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge sharing.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Handle merchandise properly, participate in visual merchandising, and support loss prevention.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote MAPS principles for a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure efficient checkout processes, promote gift card sales, sign up clients for rewards, and build customer loyalty through clienteling.

Operational Excellence

• Support replenishment, fulfill locate requests, assist with visual displays, and maintain store organization.

Teamwork and Growth

• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

Physical Requirements

• Walking/Standing: 67-100% of shift
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.: 1-33% of shift
• Climbing: 34-66% of shift

Compensation

Wage range: $18.00 to $22.50, based on qualifications.
