POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results
   - Meet sales goals using effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
   - Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
   - Handle merchandise, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
   - Participate in visual directives and store presentation tasks.
2. Customer Experience
   - Model and promote excellent personal service, offering a seamless omni-channel experience.
   - Resolve customer concerns promptly.
   - Ensure efficient register operations and promote buying decisions, including gift card sales.
   - Sign up clients for reward programs and build customer loyalty through clienteling.
   - Know current product offerings and maintain communication with clients.
3. Operational Excellence
   - Support replenishment and locate fulfillment activities.
   - Assist with visual displays and store organization.
   - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
4. Teamwork and Growth
   - Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.

   - Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adaptability to company technology

• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing during 34-66% of shift
