POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results:

• Meet sales goals using effective sales techniques and product knowledge; assist customers in merchandise selection.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards.
• Handle merchandise, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store upkeep.

Customer Experience:

• Model and promote MAPS principles for an omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure efficient register operation, understanding policies on payments, returns, and security.
• Encourage buying decisions, add-on sales, and sign up clients for rewards.
• Build customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Know current product offerings and maintain client communication.

Operational Excellence:

• Support replenishment and fulfill locate requests.
• Assist with visual directives, store cleanliness, and organization.

Teamwork and Growth:

• Promote inclusivity and collaboration.
• Seek personal development and feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adaptability to technology
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Availability for flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing for most of the shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing

Wage range: $10.70 to $13.50, based on qualifications.
