Venchi is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Westchester Mall location. You will welcome customers, serve gelato and coffee, and guide them through our premium chocolate selections with an authentic Italian touch.

You will maintain store presentation, assist with merchandising, and handle cash transactions while delivering a high-quality, cheerful customer experience consistent with Venchi’s brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed.
• Be welcoming to customers and confident to engage with people.
• Able to serve gelato and coffee, while selling our high-quality chocolates.
• High standards of appearance, presentation, cleanliness, and work quality.
• Confident in working a cash register.

Our retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central to the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, the UK, and the US, and planned openings nationwide. Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes, and presenting a premium product offering to our customers. It's therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience that’s both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers who will want to return time and time again. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working on your feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, etc. A key expectation of our team members is to continuously provide excellent customer experiences that will bring joy to their day!
