Venchi Retail Sales Associate opportunity in Tysons Corner seeks a welcoming, energetic associate to create an authentic Italian experience for customers. You will sell gelato, chocolate, and coffee, while delivering premium service and maintaining store standards.

You will multitask across sales, restocking, merchandising, and POS transactions, adapting to busy shifts, including evenings and weekends. A collaborative team environment and brand quality are emphasized.

Your role:

As aRetail Sales Associate,your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes, and presenting a premium product offering to our customers. It's therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience that’s both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers who will want to return time and time again.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working on your feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, etc.

A key expectation of our team members is to continuously provide excellent customer experiences that will bring joy to their day!
