Job summary

Chico's in Tigard, OR is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming, customer-centered experience and build genuine connections with guests. You will help customers, learn tools, and support merchandising and store operations in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.

The role requires flexible availability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining a visually inspiring store. Teamwork and customer focus are essential.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
