Job summary

The KnitWell Group's Chico's Kennewick store is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service within a customer-centered hospitality setting. You will help create a seamless in-store and digital experience while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates demonstrate passion for fashion, strong communication, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
