Blufox Mobile is hiring Sales Associates to join our growing retail team. We offer training and opportunities to advance from Sales Associate to leadership roles as we expand to 200 stores nationwide.

Earn $35,000–$65,000+ annually with an uncapped commission on top of base pay. Enjoy medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESOP at select locations, and performance rewards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers.
• Build value around product and service packages.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize sales.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Execute proven sales closing techniques.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
