Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience in-store. You will share product knowledge, engage customers to understand their needs, and support merchandising and inventory tasks to maintain a visually appealing environment.

Applicants should be available nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn new processes and tools. Must be 16+ in TX, and 18+ for other states.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and use store tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• - Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
