Job summary

DSI in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products and services, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Able to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, devices).
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T inside a high-traffic retail partner location focusing on customer engagement and closing sales.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

• As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications
