Job summary

DSI in Flagstaff, Arizona, is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers competitive hourly pay with uncapped commission, paid training, 401(k) with employer match, and opportunities for advancement. Must have a high school diploma and 18+; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred).
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.
