Job summary

DSI in Albuquerque, New Mexico is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a busy retail environment.

We offer competitive hourly pay with uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. A high school diploma and 1+ year of sales or customer service experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face‑to‑face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
