Sandia Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, promote inventory, and process transactions at the point of sale. You will deliver friendly service, share product information, and support merchandise presentation.
The role requires two years of retail experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to pass a background check and drug screening; obtaining an NM Alcohol Server’s license prior to hire is also required.
Under the supervision of the Store Manager. Responsible for retail sales. Provides guest service and product information.

9. Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to workbased upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo of Sandia.
This position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measurement of success. KPI’s will be shared with all team members who work in this job title and feedback will be provided regarding the successful completion of the KPI’s as part of the performance review process.
