White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Associate in Normal, IL to greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service. You’ll support store teammates, assist with merchandising, and help maintain a visually engaging shopping environment.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. You will operate the register and contribute to overall store performance while upholding our hospitality-driven culture.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
