Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for its Glen Mills, PA location. You will be the welcoming face in a customer-centered environment, delivering personalized service and sharing product knowledge to help customers find the right solutions.

You’ll contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience while supporting merchandising and inventory tasks. Ideal candidates are flexible, team-oriented, and eager to learn new processes and tools; must be at least 18 years old in most states and able to lift

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
