Job summary

Soma, located at Store 5359-The Shoppes at River Crossing-Soma-Macon, GA 31210, seeks a Sales Associate to join a customer-centered team. You’ll share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and provide personalized service that reflects our culture of hospitality.

In this role you’ll support merchandising, inventory, and store organization while maintaining a visually inspiring environment and contributing to team success. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for GA, and 18+ otherwise.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
