Job Description

As a skilled sales associate, you will combine your creativity, technical expertise, and passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter seeking a progressive career in prestige beauty.

Qualifications
  • Experience in retail sales is preferred but we also welcome applicants with amateur-level experience demonstrating high creative and technical skills.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Proof of legal right to work in the country if invited for an interview.
Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly rate ranges from $12.26 to $20.43, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and holidays.
