We are currently hiring a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader who enjoys delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

Shift: 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am

Pay: $13.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide fast, efficient service.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist with shift change by counting cash in the drawer.
• Process specialty transactions such as money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales.
• Verify identification for restricted sales.
• Replenish and stock food service supplies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and store areas regularly.
• Manage inventory, remove damaged or expired merchandise, and price items.
• Check in vendor deliveries and complete related documentation.
• Order merchandise as needed.
• Complete training and provide feedback on training materials.
• Monitor cash levels and security during shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
