We are currently looking to hire a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader who enjoys delivering 100% customer satisfaction!

Pay rate: $13.48/hr

1. Greet customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store. Provide fast and efficient service. Thank the customer.
2. Ring customer sales using an electronic cash register. Receive money, give correct change. Process refunds and exchanges.
3. Assist with shift change by counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of a shift.
4. Use special equipment to process specialty products such as money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales and redemptions.
5. Check identification for restricted sales.
6. Check and replenish stock of food service supplies such as cups, lids, condiments, napkins, straws, and stirrers.
7. Clean and sanitize all equipment used for service or stocking using proper procedures.
8. Clean all areas, including countertops, microwaves, shelves, floors, windows, cooler doors, food service equipment, restrooms, and parking lots.
9. Empty trash containers.
10. Stock shelves and coolers, rotate stock, and remove damaged or out-of-code merchandise. Price merchandise according to the price book.
11. Check in vendor deliveries as needed following company guidelines.
12. Complete bad merchandise forms.
13. Order merchandise.
14. Use current training materials and complete all training evaluations and documentation.
15. Provide feedback to management on training programs and materials.
16. Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shifts to ensure compliance.
17. Review job assignments for completeness.
18. Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
19. Must be at least 18 years old.
20. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
21. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
22. Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
