GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for guests by combining knowledge, personality, and understanding of their needs with our fashion brands.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales targets and objectives by cultivating and building customer relationships.
2. Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
3. Assist in frame selection, taking optical measurements and consulting with Opticians as needed.
4. Participate in maintaining a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
5. Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean and organized.
6. Foster an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. At least 1 year experience in retail or customer service
3. Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and calculators; basic math skills
4. Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
5. Strong sales skills and goal-oriented mindset
6. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
7. Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
