What You’ll Do

The Sales Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding optical experience for our guests by combining product knowledge with a personalized approach to meet each guest’s needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales & build relationships: Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships.
• Become a vision expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit customers’ lifestyles and preferences.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for customer service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.

Preferred Qualifications
