Job summary

Chico's FAS, a women’s fashion retailer, is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 1170-Tanger Outlet Center in Texas City, TX. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized service to build connections and drive sales.

In this role you will educate customers about Chico's loyalty program, assist with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining an inspiring store environment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to store needs.
• Knowledge of fashion and brand loyalty programs is a plus.
