General Function

Our Sales Associates are key to our success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and objectives by building strong customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences.
• Create a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized and attractive, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability
• Self-accountability with a drive to meet sales goals
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a changing environment
