GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to our success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales goals and objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service by making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-oriented drive
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
