GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and objectives through cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized service.
• Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology with accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results and goal achievement
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and adapt quickly in a changing environment
