General Function

Our Sales Associates are essential to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales goals and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store’s appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
3. Self-accountability for sales results with strong selling skills and goal orientation
4. Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
