GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences that ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results through effective selling skills and goal orientation
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
