Position Overview

GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences, resulting in customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively in creating a positive store environment and foster strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfortable embracing new technology and adapting to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and a drive to meet goals
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
