GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales plans and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adapt to new technology and changes with high accuracy
• Self-accountable for sales results, using effective selling skills to meet goals
