GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales plans and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences, attention to detail, and making genuine connections.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adaptability to new technology and change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability and drive to meet sales goals
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
