GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and making meaningful connections, resulting in customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results through effective selling skills and goal-driven attitude
4. Strong oral and written communication skills
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment

Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.90

Employee pay depends on factors like location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts. Bonuses and commissions may also be offered.
