General Function:

Our Sales Associates are key to our success, providing authentic, fun, and energetic experiences to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales goals and foster customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain store appearance, displays, and inventory, and secure assets.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and accuracy in tasks
• Self-accountability and motivation to meet sales goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment
