GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connection, attention to detail, and personalized service, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountable for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
