GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating relationships with new and existing customers to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personal connection, attention to detail, and tailored shopping assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in creating a positive store environment and foster strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain a neat and attractive store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-changing environment
