General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will deliver an authentic and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Meet sales plans and objectives by cultivating relationships and building brand loyalty.
2. Provide exceptional customer service through personalized interactions, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy.
3. Self-accountability for sales results, with strong selling skills and goal orientation.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
