GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find high-quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by developing new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences that lead to customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Ensure the security of all company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfortable embracing new technology and adapting to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt flexibly in a fast-changing environment
