GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are key to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales targets and company objectives by building customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, displays, and inventory, ensuring security of assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
• Self-accountability in achieving sales goals through effective selling skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
