GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut’s success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences that ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in fostering a positive store environment and building strong relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
  • Self-accountability for sales results using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
