GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales goals and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences, attention to detail, and connection.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adapt to new technology and changes accurately
• Self-accountability for sales results with strong selling skills and goal orientation
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-changing environment
