GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are key to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating relationships with new and existing customers, building brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions, attention to detail, and creating a unique shopping experience that ensures customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal orientation
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
