Role Overview

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
3. Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
