GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find high-quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently achieve sales goals by building relationships with new and existing customers, fostering brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment and build strong relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all assets under your control.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-oriented drive
4. Strong oral and written communication skills
5. Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment
