General Function

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales goals and company objectives by building relationships with new and existing customers to foster brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable embracing new technology and adapting to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountable for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt flexibly in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: -17.31
