General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and company objectives by building relationships with new and existing customers, fostering brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service by making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a unique shopping experience that leads to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a changing environment

Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.90 per hour
